Privacy Notice

Effective date: November 8, 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how DRaftAutoSync DRASY LLC (“DRASY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information through the DRASY™ website and the DRASY™ Drafting Assistant Launch List. It does not govern information processed by licensed software. A separate Application Privacy Notice will apply before software distribution begins.

Information you provide

Launch List

The Launch List form requests:

  • email address — required;
  • Country/Region — required;
  • State — required only when United States is selected; and
  • first name — optional.

Country/Region and, for United States signups, State are used to understand geographic interest. They do not determine whether DRASY is sold in a location or whether a subscriber qualifies for an offer.

The system also records information needed to administer the request, including the signup source, the consent wording version shown, a server-recorded consent timestamp, pending or confirmed status, a separate confirmation timestamp, unsubscribe or suppression status, and operational delivery events. Submitting the form creates a pending request. Opening a confirmation email or page does not confirm the request; confirmation occurs only after the confirmation button is submitted.

Email inquiries

If you contact DRASY by email, DRASY and its Microsoft business-email service may process your email address, sender and recipient details, subject line, message contents, attachments, and delivery information to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain necessary business records, and protect the service. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, license secrets, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Website and service information

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and its server-side form endpoint. Cloudflare may process technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, authentication or security signals, and service logs.

The website stores a Light, Dark, or System appearance preference in browser local storage. That preference remains on the device and can be removed using browser site-data controls.

Why DRASY uses the information

DRASY uses this information to:

  • receive and validate Launch List requests;
  • understand international and United States regional interest;
  • send confirmation and welcome messages;
  • maintain pending, confirmed, and unsubscribed status;
  • send approved launch announcements, product updates, and promotional emails to confirmed subscribers;
  • prevent duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized requests;
  • honor unsubscribe and suppression choices;
  • diagnose failures and protect the website and email service;
  • respond to inquiries and maintain necessary business records; and
  • comply with applicable obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where appropriate.

Marketing communications are based on the subscriber’s affirmative consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing completed before withdrawal.

Confirmation, unsubscribe, and suppression

Submitting the form does not create a confirmed subscription. The address is added to the confirmed Launch List only after the confirmation button is submitted. Confirmed subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in marketing messages.

DRASY and Brevo may retain a limited suppression record after an unsubscribe so the address is not added back to marketing without a valid new request. Launch List participation remains separate from custom-project inquiries, purchases, software licenses, support requests, and customer accounts.

Service providers

DRASY uses the following providers for this website flow:

  • Cloudflare for website hosting, server-side request handling, security, and related technical services;
  • Brevo for pending and confirmed contact records, confirmation and welcome messages, subscription and suppression status, and email-delivery records; and
  • Microsoft 365 for company email used for inquiries and privacy requests.

DRASY may maintain an owner-restricted offline review copy of confirmed, currently subscribed Launch List records. It is not the source of truth for subscription status and is not used to re-add pending, unsubscribed, blocklisted, suppressed, or test contacts.

DRASY may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate review and notice. Service providers are not authorized to use Launch List information for their own unrelated marketing.

Email measurement and provider logs

Brevo is configured to anonymize open and link-click tracking for campaign and transactional email. DRASY may receive aggregate open and click counts, but Brevo does not associate those anonymous engagement events with specific contacts. Message-security scanners may automatically open or follow links and can affect aggregate counts.

Brevo still processes operational records needed for message delivery, confirmation, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribe requests. Cloudflare processes requests at its network edge and may generate security, request, and function metrics needed to host, protect, and troubleshoot the service. Optional website-visitor analytics are disabled.

Retention

DRASY applies the following Launch List retention rules:

  • an unconfirmed DRASY signup is deleted 30 days after signup;
  • if the same contact has an unrelated list membership or customer record, only the pending DRASY Launch List membership and associated Launch List data that are no longer needed are removed;
  • confirmed subscription records are reviewed at least annually while the Launch List remains active;
  • after unsubscribe, only the minimum suppression and consent evidence needed to honor the unsubscribe and meet applicable obligations is retained; and
  • pending, unsubscribed, blocklisted, suppressed, and test contacts are excluded from any confirmed-subscriber review copy.

Provider security and operational logs may follow separate retention periods described in the providers' applicable terms and privacy notices.

International processing

Brevo’s public documentation states that its database hosting is in the European Union. Cloudflare and other providers may process information in multiple countries under their applicable service and transfer terms. International data-protection rights and requirements vary by location.

Security

DRASY uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect website and Launch List records, including restricted server-side credentials, limited administrative access, double confirmation, and service-provider security controls. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Age eligibility

The Launch List is intended for people age 18 or older. The form asks the person to confirm that they are 18 or older without collecting a date of birth. It is not intended for children or for anyone unable to provide valid marketing consent in their location.

External links

Links to third-party services, including YouTube, are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy practices. The DRASY™ website does not collect YouTube credentials or install a YouTube subscription widget.

Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, a person may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. DRASY may need to verify a request and may retain records when permitted or required.

Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

Changes to this notice

DRASY may update this notice to reflect changes to the website, providers, or processing. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.
