Website Terms

These Website Terms govern use of the DRASY™ informational website operated by DRaftAutoSync DRASY LLC (“DRASY,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They do not grant a software license and do not govern a future purchase, trial, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, activation, or download.

Informational website and development status

DRASY™ Drafting Assistant Standard 1.0.0 and other described products are in development. Screenshots, demonstrations, compatibility information, features, availability, release plans, pricing, and offers are preliminary and may change. Nothing on the website guarantees that a product, feature, compatibility result, release date, price, discount, or early-access opportunity will be offered.

Permitted use

Visitors may view and use the website for ordinary informational and evaluation purposes. Visitors may not:

• interfere with or disrupt the website;
• bypass or attempt to bypass access or security controls;
• introduce malicious code or abusive automated requests;
• scrape or copy the website in a manner that impairs the service or violates applicable rights;
• misrepresent affiliation with, certification by, or endorsement of DRASY, Autodesk, or another party; or
• use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Launch List participation

Joining the DRASY™ Drafting Assistant Launch List is optional. A form submission creates a pending request only. The request becomes a confirmed subscription after the confirmation button is submitted.

The Launch List is intended for people age 18 or older. By submitting the form, a person confirms that they are at least 18. DRASY does not request a date of birth. Country/Region is required for every signup. State is required only when United States is selected and is used with Country/Region to understand geographic interest.

Launch List participation does not create a purchase, reservation, software license, support entitlement, customer account, entitlement to early access, or right to a price or discount. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time. DRASY may change, suspend, or discontinue the Launch List subject to applicable obligations and commitments already made.

Proposed launch offer

Any launch offer is governed by the specific offer terms displayed when it is approved. The current proposal requires Launch List confirmation before the announced official product sales launch cutoff.

Eligible confirmed Launch List members would receive 15% off the first year of one annual DRASY™ Drafting Assistant Standard seat. If a customer buys more than one seat, the discount would apply to one seat only. The proposal is limited to one redemption per eligible customer, uses a 30-calendar-day redemption period beginning when the launch-offer email is sent, cannot be combined with other discounts, and would renew at the regular annual price in effect at renewal.

Confirmed members may qualify in every market where DRASY is sold. Checkout would verify the confirmed Launch List email, a supported billing country, the customer account, and no prior redemption. Signup Country/Region and State are used for interest reporting and do not establish market or offer eligibility.

Until final offer terms are approved and published and an authorized checkout opens, references to the possible 15% first-year offer are proposals only and do not create an entitlement. Joining the Launch List does not guarantee eligibility.

No software license or purchase rights

Viewing or using the website does not grant a software license, download right, subscription, support entitlement, compatibility commitment, or ownership interest. A separate approved Software License Agreement will govern licensed software. Separate approved purchase and renewal terms will govern any trial, purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, refund, activation, or download.

These Website Terms do not incorporate or replace those future documents, and Launch List confirmation does not accept them.

Ownership and permitted content

Eligible original website text, graphics, interface presentations, and branding are owned by or used with permission of DRaftAutoSync DRASY LLC. These Website Terms do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, third-party software, public-domain material, general ideas, methods, systems, drafting functions, or content not eligible for protection.

No patent, registration, Autodesk certification, or Autodesk endorsement is claimed. No website statement guarantees that every aspect of DRASY content or software is protected in every jurisdiction.

Third-party names and links

Autodesk®, AutoCAD®, and Civil 3D® are registered trademarks or trademarks of Autodesk, Inc., and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates. DRaftAutoSync DRASY LLC is an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Autodesk, Inc.

External links, including YouTube, lead to services controlled by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply that the third party sponsors or endorses DRASY.

Privacy

The Website Privacy Notice describes the website and Launch List information practices. A future Application Privacy Notice will separately describe processing performed by licensed software. The Website Privacy Notice does not grant software-license rights or replace the Application Privacy Notice.

Website availability and corrections

DRASY may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue website content or features. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Responsibility for use

Visitors are responsible for their use of the website and for maintaining the security of their devices and accounts. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DRASY is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access, third-party services, or use of the website contrary to these Website Terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Changes to these Website Terms

DRASY may update these Website Terms to reflect changes to the website or business. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Notice or renewed consent will be provided when required by applicable law.

Applicable law

Applicable law determines the rights and obligations that cannot be changed by contract. These Website Terms do not waive mandatory rights or select an exclusive forum where doing so would be unlawful. Any final governing-law, venue, or dispute terms will be published only after owner and legal approval.
